About

01

We build systems that run in the background and feel effortless. Our measure: the stages we remove from people’s day.

Hoer Angle is a private technology company in Riyadh. We design, build and run systems, and make sure they connect vertically and horizontally across an organisation: we pull data from its sources, automate the repetitive steps, and use AI where it actually shortens the work.

We test every method on our own products before we offer it to anyone else. The four products in this profile are the evidence: they shorten people’s path to what they need.

How we work

—

We work the way an instrument maker works.

01

Measure before building

We count the steps a person takes today, then decide what to build.

02

Test before announcing

Every system is tested on a real user before we announce it.

03

Function before form

We never put form ahead of function. When a system is finished, nobody notices the engineering underneath.

04

One measure of success

How many stages we removed from one person’s day, then how many people that removal reached.

Why the name

02

The name is a unit of measurement:
the angle that tells the time from a body’s place in the sky.

The hour angle is the angle between the local meridian and the hour circle of a celestial body. It is measured westward; every 15° equals one hour; it is zero at culmination — the highest point, the clearest sighting, the most usable measure. We state this once, then use it as a method of construction, not decoration.

Ease, Multiplied
The only line in the main logo

The line reads two ways. One ease, repeated across many products. One ease, removing many stages from a person’s day. The multiplication describes a structure, not an advertising boast: a product adds, a platform multiplies the effect.

That is why the line stays in English inside the logo. In Arabic prose we write the idea as a full sentence: make the difficult ordinary, then make it ordinary for everyone.

Brand architecture

03

Hoer Angle is a coordinate house,
not a factory for a single product.

An endorsing house: the parent signs its products; it does not stamp them.
